I have knock-off, 19*, Taylor mid-size from golfideas.com.
It says "Turner" on the sole.
That's close enough to burner for $36.00 or so.
I even got to specify a Dyamic Gold S300.

Adams A2 Hybrid, 16*, 20*, 23* with Aldila NV85. I used to play TM Dual 22* and 19*. I fluked out on ebay with the Adams 1 iron hybrid last summer($60)...just for curiosity. It fits my eye sooooo well. Long hossle...it just looks like a golf club and I can really smoke it. Just ordered the 3 and 4 irons. I can't wait to put them in the bag. I used to miss hit the TM quite a bit. The Adams inspires so much confidence...especially off the tee. The 16* is 220 for me (200 carry). I hit my driver 250-260 average.

I just purchased a set of Powerbilt hybrids off of ebay. Got the 17-21-25* all for $25 including shipping. It said they were used but they don't look like they have ever been hit! Now if I could just get out and use them. Someone make this snow go away!

I use Tommy Armour Torch hybrids, I love them, they are larger then a normal hybrid, and they are very forgiving.

I have got the Cleveland HALO's in 2i & 4i they are fantastic and at well under $100 each you cant go wrong, they are long and straight can go a little high out of fluffy lies but hey thats probably the person holding the club not the club itself!!

I use a Bobby Jones by Jesse Ortiz Players Series 19 º in place of a 2 iron or 5/6/7 wood. It serves me well in a variety of applications.

      It may not have been block practice, though, is one of the main points here. You may have been serving and from the same place, but you were likely trying to do slightly different things. It seems that would only be blocked practice if you were trying to hit the same exact ball hit to you to the same exact place in the far court. I'm not sure that's as random as if the ball that you're given to hit is at different places, too, but again…

      I played tennis in college. I thought block practice was great for serves because you were starting the point and  you could easily adjust where you wanted to place the ball based off the same motion. I equate those to tee balls. I despised block practice for groundstrokes once you reached a certain level and your fundamentals were good. To me, hitting a 100 crosscourt backhands in a row was silly because I would never do that in a match. I needed to randomize it by hitting some deep, some angled, all with different speeds and spins. I share that same thought about iron play. Because we seldom hit the same approach shots hole after hole, I prefer to practice irons randomly.
