Went out a few days ago for an 18-hole round of golf. I still used my junior clubs from a few years ago. I'm 15 years old, but I'm short for my age and haven't got men's clubs yet because I thought they were too long. But I haven't looked at them in a store since last year. But anyway, some of my clubs feel okay length-wise. The 3-wood and putter feel the right length (this was a set that came with a driver, 3-wood, 4/5 iron, 7/8 iron, P/S Wedge, and a Putter), but the driver and the irons feel a little too short.

I'm topping a lot of my drives and I think it's because my driver is a little too short. Same thing with my irons, can't hit them.

I found myself using my 3-wood and just choking up and taking a short backswing from 80 yards out because I couldn't hit my irons.

I'm kind of in between sizes right now...kids clubs are a little too short, mens are a little too long. But I guess my question is...if anything, would it be better for me to use clubs a little too short or a little too long?

I'm seriously thinking about getting men's clubs because I think a few of my junior ones are definitely too short.

You need to get fitted.  They can lengthen your junior clubs, but not sure what the cost would be and how it affects the clubs swing weight.  I wouldn't get fit for mens clubs yet, as you might hit a growth spurt and find yourself in the same position next year only with more expensive clubs.

I have the oposite problem from you. I'm 16 and I'm 6'1" -6'2" so my clubs are too short. I picked up an extended club a few days ago and have already used it and noticed a significant improvement from my shorter version of the club. Getting clubs that fit will instantly impprove your game

I started golfing at 10 with adult clubs. I was down to a 10 handicap at 13 so it didn't do me too much harm
