I'm a little confused.  In most states, including mine in Louisiana, putting on a fraudulent sweepstakes is a felony.  Isn't that what we have here?

I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure about felony. I do know that not fulfilling the prizes brings a heap of legal bad stuff raining down on you.

I am still harboring hope that the prizes will be fulfilled and everyone can avoid finding out if it is a felony or just 50 state crimes.
