shot 43 and one lost ball!

started out this season really well!! pinnacle girls won our first match last week, and won our first tourney this last weekend!! (I did not play our last tourney because of heat exhaustion) I shot 43 at our  match, super proud of myself!!! I hope I can keep doing what I'm doing :) I could have done without my lost ball.. but oh well, It happens. I need a new putter, I'm thinking of going all out and getting a custom scotty.. anybody have any insights?

I've had an Anser, an Oddessey, etc. the putter that has always felt the best in my hands has been a Carbite blade. Brand names don't really matter much. Long putters, short putters, belly putters, whatever. Go to your local pro shop and putt with everything they have. Everyone has a different putt stroke. Make sure it is the right length for you. Find what feels best for you, not just what looks good in your bag. Big $ don't always = lower scores.

I putt with an Odessey White Ice #1, 35" long, 340 grams. But i wasn't happy with the weight, so i put 5 grams of lead tape on the back of the putter in small cavity in the back. It actually doesn't affect the visual of the putter for me, and i love the extra weight, really smooth out my stroked.
