Day 149 (28 Sep 24) - Band played a midday gig at car show, so practice time was limited. Did get in time with short iron work (9i) - started with 1/4 pitches (hard foam balls), the 1/2 swings and wrapping up with full swings - all focused on pre-shot alignment and getting smooth follow-thru. -

Played 12 sets of volleyball, so about 4 games if you play the typical 3 sets per game.
