Recently made the change to the DriTac, love it. Though only using it on my irons.

Durability and Winn don't go hand in hand. If these don't hold up I am done with Winn. I think I know the answer already though. But they do work well while they........last?

Old thread I know but I wanted to throw a few words in.

I just put these (in dark gray) on all of my clubs. I moved from the very firm Ping 703 standard grip. It seems the jury above doesn't like them much except a couple. I never thought I'd like a softer grip but this thing really brings the feel back to the club. IMHO the grip is very grippy. I feel like on the durability side, if you are wearing one little spot out on the grip then I don't believe you are even gripping the club right to start with. I wore the thumb out of a brand new FootJoy glove in 7 holes once after going with a stronger grip. I realized quickly I wasn't holding the club properly. Same thing could be happening with a softer grip as opposed to a firmer one. At any rate, this is a great grip for me and really is easier on the joints. I could tell a difference immediately after my first round with them.

My 3 fingers on my left hand hurt after I play if I use the standard size grip and a bit with the midsize. I bought initially lamkin oversize grips and my fingers don't hurt but I could feel the weight of those grips. Now I switched to the Winn Dri-Tac Wrap Lite and what a difference, I like it!

    • I've been putting whilst looking at the hole and it's definitely helped my distance control
    • I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers
    • is it though?????? "Millions of fans"?????
    • Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.
    • So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon
