I spent a couple of hours reading the Putting Manual which is accessible on the main site. There is some good stuff. I really like the visualization of hitting the sleeve of balls and the sidehill putting stances and why we compensate on those. Finding your core putt and working from there to get a read on speed was helpful too. There is so much great information.

I recently had an extended swing lesson session and decided to get some looks at my putting. I also have poor distance control. My teacher told me to look at the hole when I make my practices swings and not the ball after getting set up. And it was like magic. I even putt longer putts, lags, by looking at the hole while putting. Kinda kooky but it worked. He said it is because your eyes figure out distance all day every day but when we putt we tendo to focus onl the ball and "remember" the distance we are about to hit. I was very impresse in howvwell it worked.
