So i need help with transition... im trying to work on the crushing the can move... i have a terrible habit of pushing the hips forward to fast and droping the right shoulder without releasing #4 and #1.... so what is the proper feel on crushing the can move... i always practice it but i feel like my head moves forward a little bit... also should the left shoulder move when crushing the can... when i do slow motion swings i feel like the left shoulder has to move out a bit so that i can crush the can and keep my head still

Watch out for moving your head forward when you try to "crush the can"  That's almost always what happens at first.  That's not what you should be doing in golf.  Here.  This was given to me and it opened so many roadblocks I can't list them:
