Currently, I don't play with a glove.  I have tried in the past, but I found it uncomfortable/a hassle.  Does anyone else feel this way, or am I missing out on some benefits I don't know about??

The only reason I use a glove is because my hands get very slippery. However when I'm within 50 yards of the green I don't wear it.

I feel I do better with a glove.  In fact, I have started wearing two gloves like Tommy Gainey.  I even putt with a glove, but that is generally because I am too lazy to remove it.  Without a glove on at least my left hand, my shots tend to be more erratic.

Always changing:

I've been looking into a right hand glove because like I previous stated my hands get very slippery. Sometimes I have to step away to use a towel because my right hand feels like it will slip off

When I started I never wore one but I got some crappy grips that were slippery and I started wearing a glove. I just got used to wearing one so there was no point in going back but it's more a comfort thing. If you don't wear one and you have no gripping issues than you really don't need one.

I've been using a glove ever since I first started playing. It's mostly because of the fact that my hands get so slippery my clubs slides when swinging, but aside from that they just feel good. If you think gloves feel bad it might just be that you haven't found the right one for you...

Whatever is comfortable. I wear 1 on a regular day except when putting. 1 rain glove is it's drizzly out except when putting. 2 rain gloves when it's raining except when putting. 2 rain gloves when it's freakin' cold and raining even when putting!

Play, practice, practice, practice. Repeat.
