I've been Playing Golf for: tis time around, 8 months

My current handicap index or average score is:   17

My typical ball flight is:  driver long and typically str8, irons usually str8 or a push

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is:  hook with fairway woods

Videos:

I have a wide stance, i was a former baseball player, and i had the tendency to lift up and top the ball off the tee.  this wider stance completely eliminated that, im a consistent 260-290 driver, typically in fairways..

but all advice would help..

cheers

At 13 seconds...it appears that you are "flipping" the club just before impact (losing the forward shaft lean = lag).

If you can see it in super slo-mo and can see that my observation is incorrect, just disregard :)

I like the quiet wrists a la Steve Stricker.

It appears your stance is too wide, and you end up getting stuck on your right foot a bit through impact.  All in all, it looks like you have a very consistent and repeatable motion.

Just my $0.02

My bad.  I didn't read your original post in it's entirety.
