What would be a ball with great spin that won't break the bank?

I just ordered a dozen MaxFli U/2 from Dick's (free shipping right now).  The golf digest chart shows it spins more than any other ball in the 20 dollar range, and more than the Q star and NXT Tour S balls I've been using lately.  Anyone else tried the U/2?

I've been playing yellow balls, and the other day, I played a round with one of my yellow balls, thinking it was NXT Tour S, and couldn't figure out why it was not holding well on the greens.  Then, as chance would have it, on the 18th, I discovered that I'd been hitting a DT Solo the whole round.

From this day forward, I pledge to put my damned reading glasses on while picking out a ball from my bag. (I lost $ on that round of skins.)

I love to hate this game!

I was wondering what other balls there are out there that would deliver the same performance but possibly a little cheaper.

    • So no joke, last evening post work nine must have been the craziest side I've ever played: Bogey, double, double, par, birdie, birdie, birdie, double, birdie. Two gimme birdies, one 15 footer and one bonus bomb from prolly 35 feet on no. 9. Full disclosure, it's a super easy course when greens are running at an 8 with easy welcoming pins. Still, a couple of firsts there. Driver freed me up starting the fourth hole. Anyway, driver notes: 1) anti left left hand grip. 2) no structural bind on hands/grip. 3) left shoulder HAS to get up to chin with humerus completely detached from chest and shoulder socket (feel) Big game tomorrow, aiming to break 80.
