hey guys. my coach has been watching my swing and has told me i reverse pivit during my swing. this is leading me to slice the ball pretty bad. what are the easiest ways to fix this? thanks!

My clubs-

Driver- Cleveland XL270 

3 wood- Cleveland XL270 HL 3 wood

hybrid and irons-Cleveland Mashie 3 hybrid 

                        Adams a4r 4 hybrid-gw

wedges- a4r pw, gw, snakeyes 

             Callaway x-series jaws 56 Degree, 60 Degree

putter- Oddessey metal-x

Not being an ass, I'm new to the game myself, so it's important I get the terminology correct. This thread might help me as well!


Relax your right side at setup and takeaway. At setup, your right shoulder should be slightly lower than your left. In your backswing never ever lift with tour right arm - allow your left arm to guide the backswing. With this approach, you are more influenced to load onto your right side rather than have your right side muscles work to spin you back onto your left side.
