So recently I have made a very big effort to hit down and through the ball (Before my irons were super wide sole so I always had a sweeper style) anyways recently I have found that on all my clubs I have added 10-20 yards.  The ball flight is not low enough for me to be dramatically delofting my club at impact.  I was just wondering If this is normal or if I am doing something wrong.

No, sadly it's not normal to suddenly gain 20 yards with all your irons. You should be very, very happy!

Does contact feel better?  Do you feel like you are compressing the golf ball more?  These are things that add distance in a good way.

Not sure you why you are worried about doing anything wrong unless you are hitting it more crooked or inconsistent.
