I've been Playing Golf for: 11 Years

My current handicap index or average score is: Lately, my handicap is has been +8 and im playing terrible so I would say an accurate handicap would be around +3 or +4

My typical ball flight is: Straight with a slight draw

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: This push/slice.  I haven't had a slicing problem in 6 years, and now it is back. Here is a video. Luckily, the hole dog-legged right and it worked out great.

Please let me know if you can see what is wrong with the swing. I have a tendency to have fast hips. I think this is the main problem.

I'd recommend that the left shoulder works down much longer on the back swing, shoulders turn too shallow.
