well i don't know what is causing this but lately when I've been going to the driving range i keep hitting the ground before i hit the ball on my swing. this really makes me anger so if anyone can help me please let me know. Thanks!

HULK SMASH!!!

You should work on getting more forward and more weight on your front foot at impact.

Driver: Titleist 915 D3

Consider this.

Timing is way off.

Your hands and arms can be way too aggressive and get WAY TO FAR ahead of the rest of the swing - such as a weight shift.

STOP AT THE TOP- STOP AT THE TOP -STOP AT THE TOP

Allow the swing to unfold with better timing instead of a smashingly quick hands and arms move to the ball.
