New Here - Hello from Portland, OR

Just starting to get serious with my golf game, just a little over three months and been playing 2-3 times a week, since the weather is perfect for golf.

Got introduced to it 10 years ago, before I moved to Oregon. Never really liked it because my friends didn't want to teach. But rather laugh at how I would get fustrated.  Now I'm serious and got some lessons a few years back at Redtail and was looking for other places that provide good lessons around here

Also, does anyone in the Portland area know of some challenging courses? Lately I've been playing at Quail Valley, Redtail, Forrest Hills and Merriweather. I occasionally play some nine hole courses after work. However, after playing nine holes, it makes me feel unsatisfied and wanting to play more.

Hopefully, visiting this forum can help me out. I still need to go over the entire forum and see what is out there.
