Played a course with no slope or rating. How do I apply to handicap?

I played a 9 hole course today, but it doesn't have a USGA slope or rating.

Can I use the score in calculating my handicap?

You cannot post the score.  From the USGA Handicap Manual:

Sec 5-1(e), in relevant part:

e. Unacceptable Scores

Scores made under the following conditions are not acceptable for handicap purposes and must not be entered in the player's scoring record :

. . .

(v) When scores are made on a course with no USGA Course Rating or Slope Rating ;

What was it....a par3 course or exec?   Most courses in the US are rated unless they are one of those.....(or a goat track)
