I am in the market for a new driver and i think that the Adams fast 12 LS might be the one, but i have never hit it. just wondering what people think about it if they have it, or have an opinion on it.

It's a decent driver, but you would be much better off with a Titleist, Ping, Callaway, or Taylormade driver. Adams isn't adjustable and doesn't stack up to the competition.

Driver: Undecided..Someone help me decide
Fast 12 3 Wood 15* Stiff Shaft
A12 3 Hybrid 19* Stiff Shaft
CB Blade Irons (4-7) Dynamic Gold X-100 Shafts
MB Blade Irons (8-PW) Dynamic Gold X-100 Shafts
SM4 52* Oil Can Wedge - S300 Shaft
SM4 56* Oil Can Wedge - S300 Shaft
SM4 60* Oil Cal Wedge - Wedge Flex
2010 California Series - Monterey - 35'

I have the Adams 9064ls DFS. You can adjust the length, face angle, and loft. This driver is a bomber with the right shaft, and his a very low spin head. I have yet to hit the fast 12 so I can not give my opinion on that.

I have a 2 year old Adams Speedline driver - it sounds great & gives about average distance ... BUT at least the one I have is not forgiving - hit it off center and you know it - gives tons of feedback, but if you catch it right, it's as good as any driver I've ever hit.

You need the Ping Anser Driver. Theres a lot of different shafts to try out at Illini and its forgiving and long. You will be set.

Adams makes fine drivers.

I am having better success with a 9088UL than my former Ping Rapture V2 - it is more consistent for me. Everyone makes fine product these days - it's just what fits you.

As to the LS, it has "real" aftermarket shaft and feedback that I've read is good - just be certain you want the low spin, and get the loft in a LS head that fits you. It is adjustable. See:

Since you have the 910, you might want to get fit for a 913 before you purchase the Adams. Good luck.

I don't really think of Adams drivers like that. I'm just giving Dferlmann a hard time. Thanks for the heads up though, big guy. I really appreciate it.

    • Day 3: about 20 minutes of putting on the practice green. Focused on putts within 10 feet.
    • I don't have enough details to know what to tell you, man. If they were walking across, to play devil's advocate, maybe just wait another 10 seconds next time.
    • Day 11: Putts with a metronome and worked on some feels for greenside shots.
    • I realize the frame cuts off my tail but wanted to specifically see my hand path and club shaft and head travel from A5 to A7 with the grip and posture work I have been doing . This might be the shallowest I have managed to get the club head to enter into impact. I like the finish much more as well.
    • Context:  I used to play golf very regularly (and when I'm playing regularly, I'm on TST regularly).  In summer 2022, I got my handicap down to a personal-best 11.9.  Unfortunately, in the three years since then, I've had far less time to play, and didn't really make the time to practice.  I've played a bit more the past few months, and I anticipate having a lot more time to practice starting in about two months, at which point I'm hoping to go back to my old practice habits (practicing daily, Evolvr lessons, spending more time on TST (come to think of it, I can do that important last part now)).   But it was thinking about how different my nines have been a few times in the past month or so that made me wonder if there was a thread here about it, and sure enough, there was.  In the past month or so, I've had a 38-46 and a 45-39.
