Hard to tell much about your plane without a down the line shot.  I would try to work on getting your left wrist flat at impact- do a search from some threads/drills.

You sway away from the target on your backswing. In fact, your head moves back the entire span of one of those slats on your porch. From what I can see, you actually gain knee flex in your right knee, try straightening it as you turn back. You want to feel your weight more centered at the top as opposed to loaded up on your right side. Because your hips moved away from the target back, when you shift your weight forwards, you are only returning them to about where they started at address as opposed to several inches forward. This causes you to cast just to make contact with the ball.

to elaborate on the casting Billchao referred to, your first move on your downswing is over the top which gets you going outside to in- with a slice resulting from swinging across the ball.  Correcting your plane will likely have you feel like your hands are dropping or re-routing to the inside on the downswing (but this will likely just mean less of an over the top move).

If look at your head, it actually move forward at the beginning of your take-away then sways back.  Not sure what you have been trying to work on, but if it is a steady head, it may be that at the beginning of your back swing you are trying not to move it back off the ball (and are actually over doing it in the other direction), then losing control of it and swaying back.  As BC said, keeping the hips more centered on the way back and then driving them forward may help to reduce the over the top move and keep you on plane.

Hope this may be of some use to you. As I say, this is just, like, my opinion, man.

Here are the related videos I mentioned.

    • Day 5- Slow,  short swings with short practice club.
    • Lemme guess….’ We don’t want any confrontation so nobody says anything.’ Sheesh…..Call him out and fix the problem.
    • Went to a PING fitting day today. Going to be ordering a G430 Max 3w with a 75g x-stiff shaft at 5w length and a 3h. I forget what my fitter did with the shaft on that but she told me she’s going to email the club the specs of everything. The 3w combination we found pretty quickly. As for the hybrid, we tried a bunch of different head and shaft combinations for that distance with mixed results. Then she handed me the 3h and I took three swings with it and knew it was the one.
    • Yeah, this isn't sandbagging. It's outright cheating. He should be banned.
    • That’s quite a generalization. It’s clear that you don’t like water but there are plenty of us that drink it just fine. My daily intake is usually about 20oz of black coffee, 16oz of soda, 8oz of milk mixed into a protein shake, and anywhere between 30-60oz of water. It doesn’t even need to be cold and I kind of prefer it closer to room temperature than cold. I quite like the taste of tap water, with sole exception being the tap water at Magic Kingdom (it’s terrible). I can’t stand when people bring me tap water with a lemon wedge in it. I didn’t ask for lemon in my water.
