What is the distance difference between these two balls?  How about the aproach shot and greenside spin?  I can get the TP Reds pretty cheap, the Titleists are very expensive.

Putter:  Classic Black Platinum 1

Driver:  R1 Stiff flex

3 Wood:  AMP - Regular flex, 15 degrees

3 Hybrid:  Baffler T-Rail - Regular flex, 19 degrees

Ball:  Pro V1x

I think the Red's do not go as far as the Pro-V1's. That is only an opinion. I felt the Red's had good spin and felt really great off the putter, but for overall performance I say the Pro-V1 is better. That said, price is a big deal. So if you can get them for cheap they are not so different that it will hurt you all that much.
