can hybrid replace 3 wood?

Can hybrid replace 3 wood for long par 5 ? Which club ?

I don't see why not. I know someone who has 1,2,3, and 4 hybrids, and a 3 wood. He might now take the 3w out because he hits the 1 well enough. This guy is like a 7 hdcp so even on a par 5 he didn't need a 3w to reach the green. I would think taking your 3w out for a hybrid is just personal preference and if you hit hybrids better than woods.

its pretty tricky because if you look at a lot of the hybrids out there they tend to name their clubs by 3,4,5 etc etc etc but they all aren't following the same standards. some companies will name their hybrid a 3 hyrbrid at 22 degrees and another company at 20 degrees. To my knowledge I have not seen a 15 degree hybrid out there but I might be wrong...
