Erik, question regarding your Ping response. Is there a reason for no Ping reviews/coverage on TST? From what I hear people who use their products really like them (not my cup of tea). I mean Lorena Ochoa was using Ping clubs back before she went to college in the US, and she wasn't even paid (as a Pro). In fact, she just became a Ping staff member before the US Women's Open. Does Ping not make their clubs 'available' for testing/review?

Just went and looked at pics of them...

Meh, they don't appear to be anything special, just a rebadged i5 with the toe weighting technology from the Rapture irons added in. Ping's players cavity back really haven't changed since the i3 blade IMO. Although if you love Ping, this one will appeal to you as well.

Ping, unlike most major manufacturers, has a hard time communicating with the media. They're a bit of a black hole at times - communication goes in, but doesn't come back out.

Suffice to say, I feel that's silly of them, given the extent of our reviews and our other columns like "Bag Drop" and so on. There's a shred of hope, as we made contact with someone else at Ping recently, but just a shred.
