Well I put myself on the dl - I'm having shoulder issues. I tore my rotator cuff in my left arm(subscapalaris) ending my baseball dreams many moons ago. Anyway, my left shoulder has been killing me, I play right handed even though I pitched south paw. I'm hoping its just a sprain, tendinitis, bursitis something that's not any sort of tear. it slowly came on over two weeks. I never felt or heard a pop. so I'm resting it, icing it and eating anti inflammatories at least three weeks to see where it goes. now I was in the middle of a rebuild to shorten my long ass shoulder killing swing and become more of a short stroke leg swinger because I felt the pain coming. anyway what kind of drills can I do not using my left arm. I currently do one arm swings with my right arm focusing on weight transfer and right arm release. then I do standing weight transfers with no swing - just shoulder and hip rotation. I've actually never done weight transfer drills without swinging and I wish I had before. are there any drills u can suggest that works on text book techniques and the such without using my left arm? I keep my left arm tucked in and don't move it thanks in advance
