New golfer north jersey

Hi all, recent lurker on the forums but decided to sign up. Played golf years ago (8-10 years) when I was 15/16 or so, but have recently begun playing again. I picked up the Adams tight lies set a month or so ago due to some of the positive feedback I encountered on this site regarding those clubs when I was doing some research on what to get. I really like these clubs (although I wish they could completely eliminate all my slices/implosion holes). So thanks. I've only played a handful of regulation courses this summer, shot a 103 at one. Most times I only am able to play 9 and my best is 48...on our local 9 hole course (mostly par 3s and 4s my best is 41 - I think it's a par 30 or so)...still hoping to improve my game and the advice/tips on this forum will undoubtedly help.
