Have turned the corner on balls.

When i started playing here on the local courses (only 3 and very similar) i lost so many balls to the lateral water hazards, canyons and ocean bays that I needed to carry 20 balls to get around. The jungle next to the fairways made finding balls nearly impossible. But in the jungle were many lost balls, not mine usually. Everyone lost many. I could lose 2 or 3 balls per hole, not difficult.

Hallelujah, i have improved to the point of 6 net balls bonus per round. I may lose 3 and find 9, so no more spending money on balls. In fact, last outing lost only 1, yes one, ball. That my friends, is a large scale improvement in a few years on penal golf courses.

I understand your joy.  I also have improved to the point where I sometimes get more than one round out of a golf ball,  I had a 45 hole stretch earlier this summer.  Of course, playing a little smarter also helps a lot.
