The first two months of this year have been pretty crazy for me. I've managed a scarce few rounds and even fewer practice sessions. But I'm getting the "itch" again and I am planning on March being a productive practice month.

Here are two 7 Iron videos from my session at lunch today. I was pleased to see some improvement in a few areas. Namely, I am shortening my backswing a touch, and doing a better job keeping my right heel grounded through impact.

My follow through still makes me cringe, and my ballstriking is not yet consistent (relative to when I was playing more). But still... baby steps...

As posted in the tournament thread, I need to dedicate a bit more practice to the full swing. Here is where things stand currently.

In the front on video, I see that my right hand sort of "takes over" at impact. I would love to have a swing with more outward extension on the follow through, but I'm not sure if that is my #1 priority right now? Thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

@iacas - I intended to do some putting work with the flag in & out during this practice session. But apparently the practice greens were just punched and I didn't want to skew the results. The next time I find a "clean" green to putt on, I will perform the test there.
