Is the casio FH-25 still the camera?

Just unpacked my camera from the suitcase and the LCD display is cracked. Is this still the camera to purchase for decent video?

Just unpacked my camera from the suitcase and the LCD display is cracked. Is this still the camera to purchase for decent video?

Possibly. I've heard the ZR800 might not be too bad. Not sure if it does manual shutter in HS video mode.
