here :
There are only five guys who have a mathematical chance to win the Cup. That means we have a 20% chance of winning $11 million plus (the $1.26 million TOUR Championship first prize and the $10 million FedExCup bonus).

Uhhh, riiiiiight.

That's funny. It's interesting when people say "we" are going to win such and such. No actually if Rory wins I'm pretty sure he will be doing the swinging of the clubs.

Apparently not stats major. I hope she's hot after that statement.

Swing = Stacked and On Plane when possible.

kinda hard to tell:

I've spent most of my life golfing - the rest I've just wasted.

There are only 5 guys that have a chance right?

If that is the case then when they step on the first tee, the beauty of golf is, everyone has a chance. So I dont necessarily have a problem with what she said... If my wife was on blast saying "well there are 5 guys that could win, but geez tiger is playing so well, the chances of my husband winning arent very good." I would be pretty damn pissed.

She sounds like a real c-bag, honestly, but her only mistake is in thinking that each person is as likely to win simply because they're not eliminated yet. Not a math whiz, but not really a dunce, either, just arrogant, like her hubby....

Nothing in the swing is done at the expense of balance.

That doesn't mean he has a 20% chance, which is the point of my post.

for rory to win, he has to win the tournament and Mickelson finishes in a tie for second or worse. Stricker would need to finish third or worse, and Woods would have to finish in a tie for 13th or worse.

I'd say his chances are significantly less than 20%. lol.
