Bad start!.. How do you play it?

I just keep playing. Sometimes, even though resigned to a higher score, I will relax and finish out with some good shots.

Each shot counts as 1. Just because you start off bad, doesn't mean you will end that way. Alternatively, just because you start off good doesn't mean that you will end strong. Focus on each shot and add em up later. Some of my best rounds have started off with a double.

I continue to concentrate one shot at a time. One time last year, I started double bogey and a bogey. Then I parred next 12 holes and bogey, par, par. To shoot 76. Just because I started out crappy didn't let it bother me because I concentrated one shot at a time. Granted it doesn't always end up that good. Sometimes even if I concentrate one shot at a time, I can still end up shooting high '80 to '90s on occasion. But that's golf.
