Hello guys, looking for some info on the TT BLACK GOLD shafts. I play with a set of mint condition 88-89 Wilson Staff fluid feel blades. Looking for a little more forgiveness and modern tech, I decided to start trying and buying various clubs off of eBay. I bought a WS FG 62 7i with a flighted 6.0 and loved the feel of it however my pockets won't allow the purchase of a full set. In my quest to find the "perfect" club I've read some very good things about Bridgestone irons and found a set for a great price with black golds and read that b4 TT bought Royal Precision that they made them to compete and are almost identical in stats with a little higher ball flight. Does anyone have experience with this shaft/head combo? I understand feel is subjective but just wanted to get some honest feedback. BTW I don't like em I'll sell them or trade them, the Wilsons always seem to find a spot back in my bag anyway, something about that solid feel that I just can't find in newer clubs.

TT Black Gold came out circa 2006. I searched around on the i-net but couldn't find spec sheets on them.  Comments from users compared BG to the Project X.
