You probably lost a little bit of value from a purely monetary perspective but if both parties are happy I'd say it was a fine trade

My Adams Idea Tech V4 4-5-6 hybrid 7-GW for HIS 3-SW Ping Eye 2 black dots.

I think you lost close to $100 in my estimate assuming a Ping eye set (9 irons are valued at about $150 used). I have Adams Idea hybrids (but 4, 3, 2). I am assuming you saw fair value to YOUR needs though.
