I heard that Nike sent to the USGA four drivers to get confirmed. They all had the Nike Vapor Fly in their name.

My question is, are they trying to rip off Cobra ;)

It's hard to say, Cobra can't trademark the word "Fly" but it's definitely sketchy.  Cobra is going back to the King Cobra moniker for their new driver, but not sure what they will call the rest of their woods line.

Quick googling says Vapor Fly is consistent with marks Nike has in other sports. Nike's been using the word Fly in products for ages as well. Seems they're trying to get more consistency in their branding, so it makes sense. I think the fact that Cobra's Fly-Z driver didn't really blow up with consumers means it's a non-issue.

Also, same googling came up with links to pictures of the drivers (I'm avoiding links because of the sites). Looks like they're filling in that big cavity more and more. But now: new cavities!

Agreed - Nike has sold football and baseball (batting) gloves with the "Nike Vapor Fly" name for a while now, but I personally think it's a little sketchy to bring it into golf with Cobra using it.

Also: I think the green/blue color scheme is pretty cool.  Probably not for everyone, though:
