I'm looking for a new fairway wood (for Christmas! ) The higher the launch and the more forgiving the better. It will see about the same amount of use from the fairway as from the tee. What do you recommend?

905R 10.5* Aldila NV 65
904F 15* Graphite Design YS-6+
NVG2 UT 17* Fujikura Triple Action
755 3-PW Trispec steel
52/08, 58/08 rac TP Wicked putter (model 1)

Well I suggest you try the Titleist 906 line. I have the 906F2 and I absolutely love the club. It launches high, has a great trajectory, and I prefer to hit it off the deck.

Although I haven't personally tried the 906F4, they say it launches higher and has more forgiveness, which would make for a real sweet club. Don't be turned off by the head size as I was at first. It seems small but man the club rocks! Give it a whirl and give us your feedback.

Titleist Bias - 907D2 9.5 V2 Stiff | 906F2 15 V2 Stiff | 710MB 3-PW DG300 | 52, 56 SM Vokes | Tom Slighter - 2007 Tacoma FPR
