I don't know hockey puck speeds, but in the video, it says 99 mph puck speed is pretty darn good.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

That is top notch in the NHL.   Most strong players are near that range.   In the NHL skills contest, I believe the record is over 108.
