I couldn't dig up anything on a Google search, which I'm sure you tried as well. I would think they were a common signature set made by one of the blade iron makers back in the day. Other players may have had the same head design with their name on it to sell to fans. Blade designs back then were fairly similar.

RSA mostly likely stands for Republic of South Africa.

@RCrous, almost certainly RSA is Republic of South Africa.  Am just wondering if there is any manufacturers name anywhere on the club.  As @boogielicious says, it is most likely a signature set and quite possibly is similar to the clubs that Gary himself played, which would have been the easiest way to sell it in those days.  Play what the Black Knight plays and improve your game.
