I have a question.I bought a Garmin 7 and it has the play likes distances on it for courses.I know you cant use that during a tourny so you can turn that option off.My question is can I make notes of the play likes distances on paper and use that during tourny or would I have to memorize it?

You can use notes taken during casual play or practice.
