I like the looks of most of the forged blades, but my favorite is the Muira Baby Blades and the Wilson FG 62.

Of the new, mass-produced crop I agree that the FG 62s are the clear lookers.

I'm totally up for a challenge, but these look ridiculously hard to hit. Almost as if an advanced engineering degree may help. Did any pro's ever play/win with these?

You can tell how hard they are to hit just by how much weight is at the top of the face. More weight at the bottom=easier to get in the air=easier to hit.

Waiting out the 2 feet of snow that just dropped on the course....

I must confess, I like some big . . . toplines.

I have some vintage MacGregors (50s) and Burkes (late 50s or early 60s) and they have a small head with a relatively thick topline. They're beautiful and feel solid even a couple grooves too high (they only have about 1/2 a dozen grooves anyway).
