Congu handicap owners with game golf or any other outside handicap trackers. How close are the separate handicaps?

Handicap comparison

It is looking more like the USGA cap system and the Congu are starting to adapt similar characteristics and I will agree that the tournament rounds vs general play are often quite different. I feel like both are valid however some of us do not get to play tournaments and would like a fair shake vs friends in a match. I am just curious what the variances are since I cannot provide this information for myself. Thanks for voting!
