The just released Lamkin Z5 grips are a good looking option with five zones with different textures and composition to lighten grip pressure and increase speed. These are multi-compound, like Golf Pride's very popular New Decade line, cord under the top hand and rubber under the lower. They come in three color choices: blue, red and black.

I just regripped a couple clubs with the Z5s to see how they play. Initially, I really like the feel. The different zones also make great indicators for taking precise hand positions on the club.

I'm looking forward to getting some more rounds in with these and see how they react over time. Anybody else tried these?

Getting ready to change the Winn grip on my Driver. Maybe I'll try this one. I've used Lamkins in the past and have liked them.

Looks better than the Lamkins I have used before.  I like the reduced taper on my MCC +4 and that Lamkin looks like it has standard taper.  Nothing a little build up tape couldn't fix.  Hard to tell from the picture but is that a soft rubber like Winn uses?  If so I would not want it because I like my grips to last a while.
