Initially, yes!  I absolutely love discussion. I have certified over 1,000 golf instructors and because of that, I've been asked thousands of questions that I've had to deal with in the last few decades. But, I believe in this case, it would be better to leave this site to iacas.  It is his site and he seems to know how he wants it done.  I will respectfully bow out and wish everybody the best.

I like to hear different perspectives, and there's no need to bow out. Discussions seem to be a good method of learning new things for people on the side line. It gives people like me different perspectives of how people "feel" and "describe" those feelings in the golf swing.

So, if this discussion is really about "loading, storing and releasing" energy in a swing, it seems like that should be the topic as opposed to who had more students and such?

On the topic, I feel like that kind of thinking could be somewhat counterproductive if taken literally? It seems like you are condoning people to coil up until they feel like they are at the end of a "spring" type of motion then releasing? The feel for me is totally different than what you describe, so that kind of peaks my curiosity?
