Now that Golfsmith is closing I need to find a primary shaft supplier as well as a place that has clubmaking supplies. I put in an order for some of Golfworks equipment but I didn't find everything.

Where do you guys buy your parts and tools?

Thanks in advance.

Golfsmith and Golfworks were rivals for sale of clubmaking components and equipment, so it will be interesting to see what Dick's does with the Golfsmith product lines in these areas.

Both Golfworks and Golfsmith also offer industry-level training on clubmaking and clubfitting at their company schools, which are very popular with golf industry professionals.

Golfsmith promoted the SnakeEyes components line, Golfworks the Maltby line. (Galaxy owns Golfworks, and Dick's owns Galaxy)

A third company, Hireko, also provides components and basic club-making equipment.

Several other companies likewise sell components, although I lack firsthand experience with them.

Focus, connect and follow through!
