@RJN12  The symptoms may be gone. but watch for numbness in your fingers, painful grip, swelling in hands...Could be carpal tunnel. I came down with it after two rounds of golf 10 days ago. Very painful. Waiting to see about surgery or other treatment. I pride myself on practice 2x or 3x a week and my Saturday game. Maybe not so good a routine. Anyway, two gloves, arthritic grips, softer grips may help. Best wishes, -Marv

Many, many people think that the golf swing is nothing special! It's an athletic movement that demands conditioning! Get into it gradually. Let your body get used to it.

    • Day 142 - 2025-02-19 Had 45 minutes after some GEARS lessons and before a junior. Got some good work in.
    • He wasn't a bad guy. And he was just trying to get out there and get some fresh air and exercise. He ended up liking the new cane a lot, because in addition to not making pock marks on the greens, it also stood up by itself. He didn't have to hand it to somebody to hold while he hit his shot. Or lean it against the cart. It would just stand up by itself. ... Kind of like those stand up putters. ... 🤣
