Day 27 - 2026-01-16

Played 18 with some of the usual "too many voices" going on when I'm working on swing stuff. Fun to get out in great bay area winter weather.

Day 14: 2026.01.16

Some swings late in the day to confine trying to embed the hip rotation I'm working on.

Day 52: simulator day. Played Old Head and shot an “80,” which was probably more like a 78 in a non-simulator. Then worked on irons for 15 minutes, and may have found a good feel.

Day 156 1-16

Pausing at top of backswing and arching wrist. Much shorter pause and no rehearsal in most swing. Hit foam balls and recorded. Needs much more work.

Day 473 - 2026-01-16

Bunch of GEARS stuff today, so… stayed after, did some Skillest work, and recorded a few swings.

Day 16, 1/16.  After work, spent 10 minutes chipping with my 58.  Some were 1/8 swings, some were 1/4 swings.  Real balls, but off of a mat into a net, so it was motion (I hit some mechanically poor chips the past few rounds) not with a green.

Played eighteen holes, shot 84. Shot shape still a bit unpredictable so trying not to worry too much about result.

Day 157 1-17

16 degrees outside so i did some pause/arch wrist stuff inside. Getting the arm reconnecting part better,  still don't feel like im arching enough. Hit foam balls.

Day 474 - 2026-01-17

Stayed after Junior Elite and some Skillest lessons while listening to some TAS and hitting some six-irons. Mostly still backswing, with a little bit of downswing stuff. Probably did it like 10% of what I need. 😄
