Day 31: 2026.02.02

Some practice swings/drill work in garden. Progress is slow but think it's coming. Will film later in the week.

Day 15 (2 Feb 26) - Got in some mirror today (still a ton of snow on the ground).  Worked on takeaway and then coming into impact with weight shift feel (especially on the inside on the trail foot).

Day 173 2-2

Flow practice/drills. Also worked on correct wrist movment in downswing. Balls were going left, thats a positive.

Day 490 - 2026-02-02

Back was feeling weird after a strange night of sleep. Got a little chipping and putting in. Will get some swing work in tomorrow.

Day 69: about 15 minutes doing my drill with foam balls in the garage. Down then turn. Best when I’m doing it slowly.

Day 32: 2026.02.03

Played 36 holes. Was fairly warm and a decent walk so was a good test of keeping focus on swing thoughts focused when a little fatigued.

Day 16 (3 Feb 26) - Able to get outside to hit some pitches off non-snow covered ground with the 55° wedge.  Focused on setup and getting good weight shift.

Day 174 2-3

Worked a bit on setup tonight. Making sure weight was in front part of feet. Did some more work on flow with wrist arch in downswing.

More time at the net. Transition after hip slide / shift is feeling better. Maybe some range time tomorrow.

Day 491 - 2026-02-03

Got some work in between recording some videos for Skillest students.

Day 17 (4 Feb 26) - Remote learning day for grandson (staying with us during the day) - we made “recess” a chip/pitch session in the backyard in the melting snow (like playing in the sand (fluff and hard pack) - for a great session of simulated getting out of bunkers….hey make the best of what the day gives right?

Day 33: 2026.02.04

Did some work in the garden on drills. Long weekend coming up so will get some filming done.

Day 71: finding motivation a little hard right now, and I've already missed my 2 days this 28 day period. Unusual. Anyway, did a stack session and worked on slow swings in rest breaks.

Day 175 7-4

More flow drills/work tonight. Focusing on getting the wrist arched in downswing. Was off tonight but will try again tomorrow.
