Hit another dozen balls on the mat after work. Axis tilt is part of the downswing (and backswing).

Day 21 (8 Feb 26) - Got in some full swing work in the backyard with 6-8-Pw and hard foam balls.  Felt good to go thru full setup, pre-shot and execution.  Temps in the 30’s so kept it to about 1/2 hour or so of shot making.

Slow swings focusing on backswing, thinking about not overswinging at the top.

Day 180 2-9

Big focus on arching wrist, but continuing to arch through down swing. Goal is still to get balls go left and go slow. Hit a few foam balls.

Day 51 - 2026-02-09

Work at the net with foam balls, new slow moves prescribed by coach. Maybe finally starting to see what he's been trying to tell me for a while.

Day 22 (9 Feb 26) - Wedge work with the 55° in the backyard-worked thru the varied green side shots: low spinners, high floaters, finished with a ladder type drill - first shot to about 15yds, then next to about 1 yd farther, etc thru 8 balls.  Last several were more erratic - gapping spread out to about 2-3 yds.  Overall good short game session.

Day 76: mirror work. Needed to slow down to get arms down faster. Looking better in the mirror. Now need to work on getting slightly faster.
