Got some good work in for 15 minutes or so with someone overseeing. Downswing work.

Worked on arching wrist through downswing, but in full swing, less pause at the top. Getting wider with arms as well.  Finding it pretty difficult still. Recorded swings, hit foam balls.

Got some downswing work in after Junior Elite and Skillest lessons.

Backswing freezes with foam balls at the net. Focused on earlier hinge and trail arm extension.

Day 102: mirror work again today. Working on hands down without moving them away from my body at first.

Got some swings in after a Starter Set of lessons with two new-ish golfers. Downswing work almost exclusively.

Day 203 3-8 

Focus on getting wider in backswing and reconnecting arm in downswing. With wider backswing reconnecting arm wasn't happening as well. Made some good progress. Hit foam balls.

Day 103: simulator session today. Wasn’t my best - felt like the simulator was off, but also was chunking and hitting shots left. Decided to slow down and work on some things. Not my best, but still productive.

Solid range session with work on backswing. Video review.

Day 204 3-9

Wrist arch through downswing and getting wider with backswing. Need to continue working on getting trail arm "reconnected" as it still seems a bit off with wider backswing.

Day 1 (9 Mar 26) - starting up again with a week layoff due to travels.  Played with the men’s group for the Monday shootout.  Was good to play, had some rust especially the long game, especially getting proper weight shift.

Day 77 - 2026-03-09

Hour of short game work at a mostly-new-to-me practice green. Trying to get some variability. Also some slow swings at the net later in the day focusing on backswing.
