Day 20 (10 July 26) - Weekly shootout in men’s group.  Wedge game was off a bit and I paid the price on a number of up and downs….misses that bit back big in the form of a number of dbls. This is where my notes during each round pay off as they mark where issues arise and allow an action plan to rectify.

Day 646 - 2026-07-10

Mirror work after getting home from the trip to NC and waiting for Carey to finish up dropping her dad off so I could drop the car off at the airport.

Day 309 7-10

spent some time going through slow swings while unfolding arm ans arching wrist. Worked on reconnecting arm as well. Recorded and hit foam balls.

Day 647 - 2026-07-11

Spent some time practicing in the morning with the HiiTS driver, then practiced in the afternoon with the Arm Shark (coming soon!). I think it'll be a game-changer.

Day 310 7-11

worked on bringing arm down wide, without it getting stuck behind body. Thinking i have a little better concept of how this should be done now.

Day 21 (11 July 26) - Short session focused on hands in P3-P4-P5.  Swing rehearsals followed by a few 7i shots using hard foam balls.

Day 15: slow swings with foam balls. Checked progress on video, and it looks like it’s getting better, although my shoulder could be getting lower.

Got some good work in with the Arm Shark today. Feeling better about the backswing.

Day 22 (12 July 26) - worked on putting tempo today using metronome for accurate tempo.

Day 16: range night! Worked on long game for about 40 minutes, with a good solid 20 minute focus on my priority piece. Things improving there. Bookended that with some wedge and driver work. Finished up with about 30 minutes of short game. Working on distance control and all types of shots and lies. Short game is probably as good as it has ever been.

Day 649 - 2026-07-13

Practiced very briefly with the Arm Shark, then played some golf with @DrizZzY. WW is cris-py.

Day 23 (13 July 26) -  short session with grandson in the backyard working through some of the scoring clubs, 9i-Gw.  Focused on takeaway and staying the process through the swing.  A good day spending time with grandson.

Day 17: about 30 minutes of putting work. Worked on putts in the 3-9 foot range for the majority of the session, and then finished with challenging myself with 2 putting from the hardest spots on the putting green. Feeling really good about my putting.
