"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge

Day 2 (14 Oct 23) - Worked on takeaway and downswing using an alignment rod at 45deg on plane behind me.  Focus on taking away wiith club in front of the rod and coming behind it n the downswing.   Kept swing speed to an easy pitch pace as I worked thru drill.

Day 50:

Stack session, but Mevo+ was almost out of batteries so had to rush through without rest between sets.

Day 349, October 15, 2023

Went downtown for nearly four hours. Not all of it was hitting, but a good chunk of it was. Curl, lift, throw, push left. Sounds like a lot, but it's basically all I have to do, and they're all at about 80%+ of what I want.

Day 99: did a stack session. Worked on some set up stuff during test breaks.

Day 3 (15 Oct 23) - played an afternoon round at Minnesott.  Used the older clubs, so I was short of the green all day.  The five pars made, all were up and downs. Great day putting (for me) with 28 total putts.

Played 9 before a long drive.

Day 162 - Mirror work at the gym.

Day 4 (16 Oct 23) - full day of completing project for missus.  Worked in few minutes  easy pitches with the 54 wedge in the backyard.

Worked on a lot of higher AoA (real, not feel) short game shots.

Did a superspeed session, then did a stack putting session at Golf evolution.

Day 100: Mirror work today. Focused on set up stuff, but worked in a few downswing feels.

Day 5 (17 Oct 23) - More work on the takeaway / downswing - using an alignment rod set up to where I have go in front of it on the takeaway, and then behind it on the downswing.

Day 53:

A little backswing practice and some yardstick putting. Usually Tues is Stack day, but as I just got home from a camping trip, didn’t have the energy for it.

Day 163 - Proper practice session with video at the range today. Changing the picture with right elbow.

Day 101: night range session. Worked on my two step drill for getting my hands down and in front of my hips faster. Focused on my hands getting lower and more outside. I think that two step drill is looking fairly good. Now comes the work of doing it in one step and integrating the change into my normal swing.
