Day 278 - 2025-07-05

Got to Golf Evolution early before lessons, and did a bunch of setup and maintenance, and then got 20 minutes of practice in.

Day 350: good practice session today. Hit about 25 balls, working slowly on my priority piece. It looks decent in slow motion. Better at full speed but not quite there. Then putted for about an hour. Focused on putts inside 10’ but also did a stack putting session.

Day 66 (6 Jul 25) - took a break yesterday as I’m dealing with a very sore small toe on my right foot (and we were at the beach place with no golf gear). Today resumed, post TS Chantal’s passing by, with some easy 7i’s into the net followed by some longer shots with hard foam balls.  Ended with some 9i swings - all around focused on weight forward.

It was HOT inside, but I stuck around for an extra 80 minutes or so and got about 45 minutes of good practice in. HOT.

Day 67 (7 Jul 25) - Continued the drill from yesterday - a few balls into the net, then over to hard foam balls with 7i and then 8i.  Focus on getting weight on lead foot coming into the downswing.  Overall a hot and sweaty session as heat and humidity were back in force today.

Day 68 (8 Jul 25) - Took grandson and the Mrs for an easy nine today.  She only wanted her driver, 7i and putter, so I trimmed my bag back to accommodate.  Had a blast watching her shake the rust off and hit some nice drives, approaches and roll putts.  Got her to use my 7w for those par 5 second shots - she used it well.  Grandson was on his game as well.  For me it was about course management and working from yardages and positions I don’t usually play - with fewer options to get back in play.  Love mixing it up like this - makes me think and not just boringly do.

Day 70 (10 Jul 25) - Weekly 9 hole round - changed up the clubs as I used the MaCGregor blades and Penna persimmons.  These clubs require focused contact - so it was a day of working on tempo and making consistent contact.  Overall it was a good session of working on these areas. IMG_8974.thumb.jpeg.ebbd8a2ecf12654008b7552df0e3fbd8.jpeg

Demonstrated and hit enough short game shots in a playing lesson that I can count it as 15 minutes of practice today. Easily.

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

      Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
