I’m new to this site, and fairly new to golf and I’m not entirely sure if this where you ask a question.. but here it is. I’m considering buying a used set of irons off eBay and was wandering if they would fit me? They are stock (or standard) length and I am 6’2” and my wrist to floor length is just under 37”, if that helps. Anyways, thanks for the help.

Welcome.  The problem with "standard" is that there isn't one.  Golf clubs vary from year to year, manufacturer to manufacturer, and model to model.  The only way to determine whether or not a particular club suits your swing, posture, tempo, etc... is to use it.  That, after all, is what a fitting boils down to.  And it is worth noting that most golfers carry 14 clubs - no two of which are the same length.  I say don't fret about it.  If I am correct in assuming you are new to the game...go out and enjoy yourself.  The more you learn about the game, and yourself, the more difficult it gets...and that's the fun part.  Bon Chance!

In der bag:
Cleveland Hi-Bore driver, Maltby 5 wood, Maltby hybrid, Maltby irons and wedges (23 to 50) Vokey 59/07, Cleveland Niblick (LH-42), and a Maltby mallet putter.                                                                                                                                                 "When the going gets tough...it's tough to get going."

I think it's to early to start a fitting. you first should build a swing that works for you. after you are able to make desent contact on a regular basis it's time for the next step. so to start with standard should be fine

Your measurements are  similar to mine , which would imply slightly longer than average and a slightly more upright angle. If you're very new to the game though, It's probably not going to the biggest factor.

Some guys are big proponents of starting out w/ standard length & lie.

Another option is, Ping has a color coded fitting chart that will give you a pretty rough idea of length and lie. You can find the appropriate Ping color coded irons (called dots) on eBay. Or can buy a standard set of clubs and find someone who can do a static fitting (no swings, just measurements) and they will cut and bend the irons for you. Shouldn't be more than $75. Later, as you start to develop a swing, you can do a dynamic fitting. I think it huge peace of mind if you can trust your equipment when you're learning.
